C’est avec sa robe couleur rubis, son parfum discret et ses saveurs de fruits des bois, que notre cuvée Fesse-Mathieux s’est distinguée parmi les rouges. En effet notre cuvée a obtenu dans le célèbre VertdeVin Magazine, une note de 90 sur 100.

En rosé, notre cuvée Suivez-moi-jeune-homme s’est également démarquée avec sa robe pâle, son nez frais et fruité ainsi que ses arômes d’abricot et de pêche jaune avec une belle minéralité. Une note de 90 sur 100 lui a donc été attribuée également.

Château des Annibals – Fesse-Mathieux 2020 – Coteaux Varois en Provence

(Organic) The wine shows a medium ruby colour. The nose is slightly muted, will benefit from aeration.It opens up with nuances of fresh raspberries, raspberry compote and strawberry marmalade. The palate in intensely fruity, very flattering and juicy, with elevated acidity, present but velvety tannins and beautiful concentration of flavours. The wine offers intense nuances of crushed raspberries, ripe strawberries and wild strawberries, a touch of pomegranate and hibiscus. A juicy and easy-drinking wine with pleasant gourmet finish.

The wine has a pale color on the yellow melon. It is clear and shiny. The nose is fresh and fruity. We have notes of juicy yellow peach as well as mango. We perceive a creamy side of apricot with a touch of racy minerality. The mouth is fresh, pretty and fruity with tangy frame. There is a slight sweetness on the attack with hints of yellow peach, citrus like grapefruit and crunchy strawberry. The finish is salivating with a hint of bitterness.
